Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Propossi, including https://propossi.com and related pages, apps, and services that link to these Terms (together, the "Service").
The Service is operated by X Enterprises, LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("X Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our"). Propossi is a DBA of X Enterprises, LLC, 18122 3rd Dr SE, Bothell, WA 98012.
Propossi is marketed as AI-powered proposal software. These Terms are Product Terms of Service. They are not Site Terms of Use for a marketing-only brochure site.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include a disclaimer of warranties, a limitation of liability, and, in the Dispute Resolution section, a binding arbitration provision and a class-action waiver that affect your legal rights. By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, starting a paid plan, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (/privacy/) and Cookie Policy (/cookies/), which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
Eligibility; business use
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and for business proposal use. It is not directed to children. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with your organization's policies and with applicable law, including laws that apply to customer, prospect, and commercial proposal content.
Accounts and registration
Parts of the Service require an account. Account create flows are offered through the Propossi marketing site (including /signup/). A dedicated /login path on the marketing host returned 404 on the capture date for this policy. Sign-in, if offered, may appear inside the Product UI or on a path we publish later.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts as described in these Terms.
Subscriptions, pricing, and payment
Current plan descriptions and prices are published on https://propossi.com/pricing/. As of the date above, the marketing page lists monthly plans at about $19, $49, and $99 with AI drafting features described on that page. Prices, limits, features, and billing terms may change. The pricing page and any order or checkout flow you complete control the commercial details of your plan.
If you start a paid subscription, you agree to pay the fees described at purchase and any applicable taxes. Unless a checkout flow says otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly agree in writing.
We may use third-party payment processors to handle cards and invoices. Their terms apply to the payment step. We do not publish a named payment processor on the propossi.com marketing HTML fetched for this policy date. When a processor is shown at checkout, that processor's name and notices control the payment step.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of paid features.
What the Service is
Propossi is marketed as AI-powered proposal software for creating and drafting proposals. Published marketing describes AI-driven drafting tools and related proposal features. Feature availability depends on your plan and on what is actually enabled for your account.
Marketing claims on https://propossi.com do not guarantee that every listed feature is enabled for every account on every day.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will try to avoid unreasonable disruption to paid customers, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
AI features
Propossi uses artificial intelligence to help generate and draft proposal content. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. You must review AI-assisted drafts before you send them to any customer, prospect, or third party. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and commercial fitness of every proposal you use.
Do not treat Propossi as a no-AI product. Do not treat AI outputs as legal, financial, or professional advice.
License and access
Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal business proposal purposes. We do not sell you the underlying software. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Your content and Customer Data
You retain ownership of content you upload or create in the Service ("Customer Content"), including prompts, drafts, proposal text, and customer or prospect information you submit.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service (including AI drafting features), to prevent abuse, and to comply with law.
You represent that you have all rights and consents needed to upload Customer Content and to use the Service with your customers and prospects.
We do not claim ownership of your proposal materials. We do not use Customer Content to build a public claim that your confidential proposals are ours.
Feedback
If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction. You are not owed compensation for feedback.
Acceptable use
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or in violation of these Terms;
- upload unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or otherwise wrongful content;
- interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except with our prior written consent;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
- copy, scrape, harvest, or reverse engineer the Service except to the limited extent allowed by law that cannot be waived;
- use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications;
- remove or alter proprietary notices; or
- use the Service in a way that harms minors or collects personal information from children under 18.
We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts for violations, risk, non-payment, or to protect the Service and others.
Availability and support
We do not publish a staffed public support inbox on the marketing HTML fetched for this policy date. We may provide support through in-product channels or other channels we publish later. We do not guarantee a fixed reply time.
Third-party services
The Service may link to or integrate third-party sites and tools (including payment processors when checkout is live, social links, and hosting providers). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, if needed to protect the Service or others, or for non-payment. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and dispute resolution) survive termination.
Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by X Enterprises, LLC and its licensors. Propossi and related marks are trademarks or DBA marks of X Enterprises, LLC. Other names on the Service may be third-party marks.
Copyright complaints

X Enterprises, LLC designated agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (Registration No. DMCA-1077248). We may remove material claimed to be infringing and may stop repeat infringers from using the Service.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND FEATURES (INCLUDING AI-ASSISTED DRAFTS) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE APPROPRIATE TO SEND TO ANY THIRD PARTY.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, X ENTERPRISES, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless X Enterprises, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your Customer Content, your proposals or communications with third parties, or your breach of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Before starting any arbitration or proceeding, you agree to first write to X Enterprises, LLC, 18122 3rd Dr SE, Bothell, WA 98012 and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding arbitration. Except for the carve-outs below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration is King County, Washington. The language is English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver. You and we agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not preside over any form of class proceeding.
Carve-outs. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court and may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration and class-action waiver provision by sending written notice to X Enterprises, LLC, 18122 3rd Dr SE, Bothell, WA 98012 within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and your intent to opt out.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration section. Subject to the arbitration section, exclusive venue for permitted court actions is the state or federal courts in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted is your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on that subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience only.
